Ann Durrell brings over 25 years of property industry experience, having started her career in South Manchester and the City Centre. Her expertise spans residential sales, lettings, management, investments, and new build developments, with additional experience in commercial and student accommodation sectors. Now Managing Director at Maddox Noel, a startup agency serving Greater Manchester, Ann combines her property knowledge with skills in operations, marketing, HR, IT, and training. She’s known for streamlining operations and driving growth, with a strong focus on customer experience. Outside work, Ann promotes an alcohol-free, active lifestyle and co-founded Active Women of Property, a networking group for like-minded professionals. She also serves as Chair of trustees at Coffee 4 Craig, a Manchester charity supporting people experiencing homelessness.
Born and raised in Manchester, it’s a city I’ve always called home. I have a degree in Accounting but was quickly drawn to the world of Marketing due to the endless creative possibilities and ways to influence customer behaviour. With over 7 years of experience across ecommerce, home improvement, healthcare, and now property, I’ve developed a strategic and data-driven approach that’s always fuelled by a creative edge. I’m passionate about building strong brands, crafting effective marketing strategies, and leading campaigns that truly connect with our customers. Paid advertising, design, and digital engagement are where I thrive and I enjoy building relationships just as much as I enjoy delivering results. I am committed to bringing a fresh, modern approach to estate agency marketing, making sure we’re not just keeping up with the industry, but staying ahead of it. Outside of work, you’ll probably find me listening to electronic music, clocking up miles on a long run, spending time with family, or shouting at the TV during a football match or Formula 1 race.
