3. When is rent due, and how do I pay it?

You may need a guarantor if your income doesn’t meet the affordability criteria, if you have a poor or limited credit history, are self-employed without sufficient proof of income, or are renting for the first time. The guarantor must usually be a UK resident and financially stable
