2. What documents do I need to provide when applying?
You’ll need photo ID, proof of income or employment, and your current address history. We’ll guide you through every step.
3. When is rent due, and how do I pay it?
Rent is usually due monthly via direct debit. Payment details will be confirmed when your tenancy agreement is finalised.
4. What happens if I have a maintenance issue?
Use our Fixflo platform to report any problems. It helps us track and resolve issues quickly, and you’ll be updated along the way.
5. Can I renew my tenancy when it ends?

6. What is included in a referencing check?
A referencing check typically includes a credit check, verification of employment and income, previous landlord references (if applicable), and a check of your right to rent in the UK. This helps ensure you can meet the rental terms and comply with legal requirements.
7. Under what circumstances will I need a guarantor?
You may need a guarantor if your income doesn’t meet the affordability criteria, if you have a poor or limited credit history, are self-employed without sufficient proof of income, or are renting for the first time. The guarantor must usually be a UK resident and financially stable
