Ann was nominated by Hayely Claber from our auction partners I am sold who said;“Ann stands out for her consistency, leadership and the genuine way she supports and inspires others, both professionally and personally.
I met Ann around 12 months ago, and what really stood out to me was her openness in sharing her personal journey, particularly her decision to give up alcohol and focus on fitness through HYROX and exercise. Hearing how this has positively impacted her focus, both in work and at home, was incredibly powerful.
What made this even more meaningful is the impact it had on me personally. Listening to Ann’s experience gave me a new perspective and helped me better understand a close friend of mine who has chosen a similar path. It reminded me that choosing a more health-focused, sober lifestyle doesn’t change who you are or your relationships – it can actually strengthen them. Ann’s honesty helped me become more supportive and ultimately brought me closer to that friend.

Leading an alcohol‑free and active lifestyle has been such a huge part of my life over the last eight years that I sometimes underestimate the impact sharing my story can have on others.
As a woman in what has traditionally been a male‑dominated industry, I believe it’s so important to have groups like Women in Estate Agency – creating a safe space for us to share our stories, learn from each other’s experiences, and support one another. So thank you Hayley, it means so much”
